What we collect

When you enter your email on this site we collect that email address, the form you used, the page you were on, and the date and time. Our online store platform also collects standard technical information needed to run a website, such as your IP address, browser type and cookies. We never ask for your name, wallet addresses, private keys or seed phrase.

Why we collect it

• To send you the Full Crypto Protection Guide.
• To tell you about Crypto Phraze, including our titanium seed phrase storage device, and to send occasional security tips.
• To keep a record that you signed up.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored in the customer list of our Shopify store and in our Klaviyo email account. Shopify and Klaviyo process it on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your email. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the site and contact you (such as Shopify and Klaviyo), or where the law requires us to.

Cookies and browser storage

Our store platform uses cookies to run the site and measure usage. We also save a small note in your own browser to remember that you have signed up or closed the sign-up pop-up, so we do not keep asking. That note stays on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage method is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Crypto Phraze will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, by email, message or anywhere else. If someone does, it is a scam. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.
